Its kind of annoying that places where the employees are not dependent on tips for pay are asking for tips. The employer sets costumers up to look like assholes for not tipping when they could just pay more. Im talking places like starbucks or tropical cafe. Like why is it the costumers job to pay the employee more than minimum wage.
