Hang in there or quit?

I have been working for this company for over a year. It’s a 500+ person company and I am on the marketing team. Initially it was a department of 5 people. I had been slowly starting to look for new jobs in late January because I was getting more work for no additional pay, and I am needing a change in my career and I would like to change industries. In late January, my coworker quit, leaving all of the website content and copywriting up to me in addition to social media. I had been slowly starting to look for new jobs in late January because I was getting more work for no additional pay, and I am needing a change in my career and I would like to change industries. In late January, my coworker quit, leaving all of the website content and copywriting up to me in addition to social media. I didn’t complain about this and took it on but my productivity slowed and my mistakes have increased with the additional meetings, correspondence, and tasks. My boss noticed this and called me out for it but I told her I’m struggling with balancing this workload, I don’t have a job description and am very scattered accross almost all areas of marketing.

She asked me to write my own job description and manage my time better. I still am continuing my job search but now my other team member is quitting, leaving me with just my boss and another coworker in a week. I now am in charge of the whole email schedule as well. I asked for a raise for this but was turned down due to my recent performance. I’m doing my best in order to meet expectations and leave this job on a good note but I don’t think I can handle this much longer especially with no understanding and very low morale.
