Uber just randomly added new surcharge without anyone's knowledge. It is a $0.10 increase on what service we were working ($0.45 or $0.55 on each Uber trip and either $0.35 or $0.45 on each Uber Eats order).
There is nothing in our contract saying we are getting paid by a fee. We are not aware of such actions by Uber, we do not believe Uber is going to pay us the $.10 increase.
You the customer will pay more, this is by Uber design to get more money. Uber has the right to change you more, Uber as history of cheating customers promotions. Do not use Uber. Boycott Uber!
