3.9 GPA, I'm a 7 year veteran using my GI bill. At a very expensive and reputable college and being in my last semester, the fear of graduating without a job is itching at me everyday. My degree is in Finance with a minor in political science.
Literally, all I want at this point is an honest job that pays an honest salary. I was hoping to find a position that allows me to work up to being a CFP or CFA and literally, nothing. Just MLM organizations.
This is hella depressing to experience. Especially turning 30 years old in a few months. Biggest fear above them all is that I'll basically be forced to just get something just so I can make ends meet. 10 years of my life just to graduate and work something that I not only didn't study for, but is something anyone can do just because I need to get by and for whatever reason, everything I have done in the past 10 years is something seen as undesired or without merit.

Like… holy crap. What more do I need to do? And for that matter, find a job that pays an honest wage too? Charles Schwaub wanted to pay me $40k before getting my licenses. Like, this is a unlivable wage to be on unless I want to basically live in my car.
