how to work without giving a buck about what the company thinks

Just going there doing my shit works done and get paid for the work I did..no detectorship,no unwanted escalations or no apprisals are needed..just we work because we need money and we don't need any fucking intervention in our life in an emotional level by the company..I like to be that..see if they see me like a robot then why are they trying so hard to act like I am not…this double side poepls are from bottom to top of company hierarchy
