I'm at wits end, I resigned last week but they convinced me to stay. IT Helpdesk role. I started at about $36k CAD 3 years ago, I'm now paid $42.8k CAD. Glassdoor says with high confidence 20+ salaries provided, the average for my role is $55k with 75% making $60k bonuses up to $3500, but my best bonus was $750. I mentioned this during our talks, they said they can't talk about compensation while I've resigned. I come back to work on Monday. This is a top 5 bank here in Canada.
