I work for a store that every once in a while gets jordan restocks. I wait in line like everyone else does and buy a pair. I then will resell them or trade them online. The other day I was talking to a coworker about it and he then told upper management. The GM came up to me and said that I am now on probation and am not eligible for a raise and if I do it again I’m fired.
No where in our company guidelines does it say I can’t do this. I’m not putting stuff on hold, I camp out for them like everyone else. Please let me know if this is legal and what I should do
