I'm in retail management but now I feel that I like to study for a bit and go down to a more flexible position in the same work place.
I'm extremely anxious to tell this to management because im afraid they will be disappointed and if I fail studying I never will be able to find a job in retail management again. Will just sit on minimum wage with uncertain hours of work per week.
I'm good in what I do and I think I'm a valuable asset for the company. I'm afraid they don't see the same. And I'm scared to put myself out there and fight for a job Incase I fail.
