My retail job pays well above minimum wage but I've been doing retail for so long that I'm just worn out. My mental health can be very fragile and I have chronic pain and I'm in school. I need to save money. I don't know whether or not I should go some place more relaxed for a pay cut or stay here and make more money because money rules literally everything. It sucks. I live at home right now so it's not like I have bills but I am planning on moving out in 1.5 yr and I want more in my savings. Should I stick with something I'm tired of for the money? I hate work culture.
