Subway restaurant owner no longer shows accrued sick hours. Is this allowed? (California)

My manager and owner will not tell me or show me my sick hours I’ve earned over the past few months. So I don’t know if I have enough hours to take a sick day. I just want to know if this is allowed or not. Thanks for anyone who helps.
