Getting across to other management

I’m currently a kitchen manager of a certain super chicken establishment. Workers are burnt out, hell I’m burnt out. Nobody wants to be there we want to get our money, go home, and enjoy it. But they are currently establishing a certain coaching technique that is a waste of time, space, and energy. “What do you do right? What can you do better?” They expect so much of one store with the minimum, we’re supposed to provide for 2 stores and also go along major catering and keeping up with our drive thru. With the staff of one kitchen, that’s supposed to be for one store. And I can’t get through to the other management about this
