How long do you ride out a job before determining whether it’s for you or not? *advice needed!*

For the first time in 6-7 years, I’m working full-time again. I initially felt proud of myself for getting this job a month ago – there was competition, a series of interviews and it was still me they chose. I didn’t expect to stay in the job for years and years, but it would be a good foot in the door for better things to come. Now, I’ve observed that just about all of my colleagues have regular migraines and are often stressed to the max, they’re overworked and receive very little praise, but plenty of flak. Basically, I’m trying to determine whether it’s just early days and I’m still adapting to full-time work in a demanding job, or if it is a toxic workplace and I should quit sooner rather than later. How long did you ride out a job trying to figure out the same thing?
