People always say it’s respectful and that if you don’t it can look bad but is it actually necessary to give a full two weeks notice? My job brought us back into office and I was able to find something much better that’s remote and pays more. Before I find out my start date I want to figure out I should give two weeks or just maybe a week or just leave immediately. Not sure what to do.
