I’ve been tracking my mood every day at work for like 2 months. Same pattern just about every week…

Monday- on point, get things done. Decent attitude Tuesday- meh, sucks but still getting it done Wednesday- takes a turn. Every week. Just watching the clock all day. Thursday- I’m done. No interest, no energy left. Mood gets dark and I’d take an injury rather than be here Friday- zero interest, out of gas mentally and physically. My attitude is shit and I’ll start saying random shit I should keep to myself cause it’ll get me fired. At least twice a month I just leave at lunch cause I can’t take it anymore.
