My last day is VERY likely to be on April 1st with my current job. The company is falling apart, but the owner seems too delusional to see the signs.
We have lost tons of frustrated staff (including our VP), lost key clients due to lies from the owner, and mismanagement is killing everything. We have even had multiple, negligent COVID incidents that were completely preventable in an office environment.
How do I quit at the end of that work day, so they think it is a prank? Realization shouldn't dawn on anyone until the following Monday morning.
I'm beyond tired and frustrated, and I want to make this as fun for me as possible.
