We have a new employee where I work. He started out making more because of his work experience. I’m perfectly okay with this, it makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is that he doesn’t have anymore responsibility than I do but makes more. On top of this I had to show him the work I do today so he had something to do… so he’s going to do my job and make more doing it while I make less.
I don’t even know what to say to my manager other than give me money or I’m outie 5000.
Help me.
Also I want to note I understand this isn’t his fault in the slightest this is a problem between myself and management.
