Im on mobile and english isnt my first language so overlook any mistakes thanks
I (20M) have been working part time in an office since last year and i have a pretty good realtion with everyone and i live about a 5 minute walk from the office.
Now everyday i reach the office on time one day i was walking up the stairs with my coworker since the elvetor was down and the office is on the 3rd floor we have a biometric fingerprint system which marks our coming and going the coworker saw that we were 3 min late he logged in and saw me walking back down the stair he asked me what im doing i told him that since we are late im going back home and will be back in 50 mins now our office a system after 4 lates one payday will be deducted and it doesnt matter if your 1 min late or 50 min late they mark it as late and after 60 min they mark halfday back to the story when i told him i live nearby and whenever im late by a min or 2 i go back home and then come back later as it doesnt matter late is late then left i came back later and everyone is giving me a cold look like ive done something wrong later the day i was confronted by other coworker saying what im doing is wrong and shoudnt do it anymore i got angry as they have no say in what i should or should not do to add fuel to fire told everbody that ive been doing this since i started one year ago some people went beserk now im getting messages that im ahole and other mean words for doing something that doesnt even effect anyone esle
