long time lurker, first time poster.
i was hired as a full time employee, but i am only getting scheduled for 30 hours a week. my offer letter states full time 40 hours, but the supervisor says i have to “earn” 40 hours.
do i have a case to file unemployment? any advice? i am located in CT.
