I’m anti work because working alone is not promoted

I’m at work right now and the greatest feeling is working alone and getting this done and over with. I have a group with a couple of others and all they do is talk talk talk and keep getting notifications I have to turn off. I’m thinking these people sure need to text talk all the time lol I could get paid less and still will work alone. I’m curious to know what is peoples reasons on being anti work
