Hey guys, my husband was the manager for an independently owned insurance company. The owner is also is a loan officer and works higher up in that company. These two companies are not linked at all. My husband was fired today for what seems like no reason, and the call was supposed to be between him and the owner but it was between my husband and some lady that works at the loan company the owner works at. She fired him for the owner.
That just doesn't seem legal to me and like a huge violation of his information. Have you guys ever heard of this before?
We live in colorado which is an at will state, so I dunno.
