Do you think, in general, that small businesses are better or worse employers? I'm curious what people here think. I think that certain small businesses can be good employers, generally they are bad employers who expect to be let off the hook for gender discrimination, sexual harassment, payroll theft, etc. because they're “just small businesses.” They also don't have HR to make sure the bosses don't do or allow those things.
