Sub contractor for a sales company. I’m 100% commission except my quarterly bonus which is based on over all team numbers. This quarter my bosses laid out a new structure that includes deductions from that bonus if I miss meetings, don’t hit my personal numbers, don’t go to team hangouts, etc.
