I just wanted to throw this out there for discussion, but with the increase in petroleum prices there's definitely some degree of leverage in the workers' court to both demand higher wages (because why work minimum wage when eoughly HALF/or more of your hourly rate without taxes equals the cost of a single gallon of petrol; that's literally a full shift if you fill-up twice a week especiallyonce taxes are factored in) AND to continue to demand for work at home options.
