Hi all, I just got an offer letter from a company that I was interviewing with. Everything looks good and they’ve been transparent but I got to a line that says that my employment with the company is at all times on an “at will” basis which means that it may be terminated by me or the company at any time with or without cause or advance notice. Can someone give me some insight on this? Is this pretty standard??? I’ve been at the same job for a long time and never went through this. I have to sign the offer letter by tomorrow and I just wanted to make sure
