I was looking for a job as helpdesk for the past two weeks, one jobsite was really nice but they are taking some time to tell me if I am in or not.
In the meantime, a factory I made an interview like a month ago offered me a job as a helpdesk with a lot of travel (not the good kind) a lot more responsibility, worse schedule and definetely a bad option over the first one. This offer arrived past friday.
I politely asked them that I needed this week to organize myself and leave my old job etcetera. (And win more time to let the first cool guys to contact me).
Well. This monday the factory people called me in a mean way telling me that I had to decide of they will move to another candidate. (Lets remember they took a month to contact me). I told them we spoke on Friday and they agreed to give me time.
I told them that Yeah, the offer was good but I was still in need of time. As we agreed.
Today they took their offer away because “I didn't seem to like the position enough” and boom, they are looking for new people again. They didn't had another option.
Lets hope the cool guys call soon.
