Got Fired, Time to make my former employers life an everliving nightmare

Long story short.WFH employee in MA for southern company. I had a super abusive boss that I reported to HR over 4 times. Nothing was really done but she retaliated and put me on a PIP after spending a year, stripping away my daily work. When I showed HR my giant folder of proof that PIP was retaliation, they put on the worried “this is not okay” front. Literally finishing last week, going above and beyond and constantly completing tasks ahead of schedule blah blah, I finally decided to ask for my accommodations for my 4 ADA protected conditions last Friday. Met with HR director yesterday and outlined a few VERY reasonable accommodations. I woke up this morning touchbase with my boss, everything is going well I got a new project. About to start project get slack from the HR director, join the meeting with HR dir. and boss. My position was eliminated, pointed out how this is highly suspicious and actually illegal in the state I'm in since employment laws go by a person's location. Got the severance package but a term in it was I couldn't pursue legal recourse, another thing that's technically not allowed in MA. Told them to shove it and I won't sign anything for less than 4.5 months of severance and filed an EEOC/ADA case and had my lawyer involved since being put on PIP and was told it was a slam dunk retaliation case. I'm actually kind of happy to be fired since this job was killing me but I also relish the fact that these asshats literally gave me my golden ticket!
