Ok so please just be patient with me, if you have any advice it's appreciated…
Since I know a lot of you here probably have a lot of work experience, more than I have, and I feel that the interviews/resumes for jobs are so annoying and tedious and you have to act all smart and be someone you're not to have a chance of being hired. Why can't employers just make their description more clear, like if we apply without a resume and don't do an interview and we just get hired we already know what we're getting ourselves into. But there's all this be kind, smile, blah blah blah like seriously can I just be myself? I've been through a lot at a young age and like I get it people want their companies to be successful.
