Just found out I’ll be making less than agreed to in my job interview

I just interviewed for a new job in the food service industry. I was offered the job and so we started negotiating pay. We shook hands and I was told to fill out some employee paperwork and read and sign the rules and regs online. I start reading over all the fine print and see I've got to sign an “agreement for deduction from your pay” to the tune of .35 cents an hour! That may not seem like much but its my cell phone bill every month! It said all employees will participate in the meal program which allows an employee to drink fountain drinks and get one meal (that you can't take home btw), per shift as long as it's under a certain dollar amount. I don't get lunch breaks. I'd rather pay my cell phone bill. 🥴
