Hey all,
I’m looking for some advice on the legality of what my employer has been doing. They have added me to work schedules the night before the scheduled shift. This is when they have already send out the full schedule the week before. It happened again last night and it’s the 3rd time for me, (my coworkers are just used to it now and don’t put up a fight). Isn’t there a minimum amount of time they need to give to notify me of changes to the schedule? I make plans and then see they scheduled me the night before my shift. I want to make sure if I don’t show up there won’t be repercussions for me. I am located in New Mexico. Thanks in advance!
