After my two week training period, which I did from home, I agreed to come in and shadow some colleagues to get some more insight in to the role (basic call centre gig). After two weeks of being in the office and no management even introducing themselves to me, I was informed by my manager that I now have to work in the office permanently. Is there anything I can do about this other than find a new job ?
