There’s mold at my daycare and the solution my director gave me was to open the window.

Now, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure having mold, especially in a daycare, is extremely bad. This morning when I opened my classroom, I noticed a very bad oder. It didn't smell like old diapers but I checked the trash anyway and it was clean. The smell made me feel dizzy and nauseated. This has been happening for a while, I would feel fine until I enter work and then suddenly I feel sick. Yesterday, the smell was here and my co teacher thought there was a dead animal in the ceiling. When I saw my assistant director today, I told her that the smell has gotten worse. When I took off my mask to drink some water, I immediately started coughing cuz it was so strong. My assistant director old me there's mold in the window seal and we need to open window to let the room air…

Um, shouldn't the room be closed down then? I feel like it's not good to have kids stuck in a room with mold. Opening the window didn't even help, the smell is still there and even my co teacher said I look light headed.
