It’s as simple as that…I took another job offer, they offered me more money and a transfer to stay so I took it. Now I’m working 2 locations because my replacement couldn’t hack it 3 weeks and I’m waiting for another replacement. I’ve got 3 weeks minimum of this left before I’m back to my sole location and not do 2 stressful jobs.
I’ve started looking for a new one even though I promised them a minimum of 3 months. So far they haven’t delivered in their promises so why should I?!
I hate corporate America.
