They treated me like shit, cut my hours down to one day a week with no explanation or reason. I did nothing wrong just happened to me randomly. When trying to talk to my managers about it over text, I texted two managers. One who ignored my text and left it on read. Then another who replied 4 days later saying “I'll see what I can do”. So now my one day a week on the schedule is this Friday and I'm planning on not going. I'm not gonna accept any calls from them I'm not showing up I'm not giving a notice. Is there any consequences for this on my end? I don't care about referrals or putting this job down as a reference. They treat me like shit imma treat them shitty back.
