I gave my two weeks notice a few days ago. Since then I’ve been called into 5 separate meetings.. nothing to do with my resignation or transfer of my duties to other parties. It’s strictly been weird mind games and them trying to get me to take on more work. I didn’t give myself anytime between the two jobs so I was hoping for a relaxing end to this job so I could be ready for the next. I’m starting to think they are going to make that impossible. The company does not give references anyways so should I just drop off my stuff and tell them it’s over?
