At my place of work, we've had an alarming (~60% of those that leave) quit with no notice. People have not accepted exit interviews, but leave polite (and possibly formal, just in case) emails that identify their last day, how good the team was, etc. Why is this happening? If the workplace was good, why not give an explanation?
