To begin I just wanna say sorry if this has already been posted, violates any sort of rules, if i’m in the wrong sub, or whatever. Please enlighten me if i had done f’d up.
Asking from a US standpoint (but not limited to) and I know some of this stuff varies because the states have different labor laws than others (i think?) but i guess if there’s some general labor laws out there along with some niche ones maybe we can help inform more people.
I know i, a young adult, know very little on our labor laws and our rights. Seeing the last few posts lately talking about these guys standing up for themselves because they know their rights (one was about discussing wages which i learned all about how legal it totally is and how totally illegal it is to claim its illegal to discuss wages) and thats just the one example of many.
Basically, if theres some general rights that everyone should know, lets talk about them. If its something state specific, or shit even outside the US that’s good to know too. Knowledge is power
