Hi all, I’ve been lookin at all the forums about everyones saying to use the PTO before quitting.
At the moment I have 15 PTO in which it will not be paid out per the contract. I also have a new job possibly starting in May.
I’m not sure on how to go about using the PTO and giving the 2 week notice because I feel bad about using it last minute and that it won’t be approved.
Should I just try to use the PTO asap even if it’s last minute notice and put my 2/3 weeks in during my PTO?
