Well its obvious that the work culture in the us are made for the upper people, making at least 100k/year. Sorry for the others but you should go abroad. Why people do not speak about emigrating out of the us, to EU or autralia for exemple, to have a better life work balance ? Like peole are stuck in their minds and dont think that hapiness is.outside of the us for the average people.
