I've seen a lot of Judge Judy and a lot of people on the show have roommates. On TV shows the characters have roommates. Is this what happens in RL? I'm the UK it's rare for people to have them. Do people have them just when young or is it something people have to have as they're older. In the UK if someone is on a low income they can get tax credits so they have a minimum income. Do folks in the U.S. have that?
