DAE boss make them sing for a raise?

Yesterday when I went to ask for my yearly wage, my boss made me stand on a stool in front of customers and made me sing a song about why I deserve a raise. I just kinda made the song up on the spot, but I did get the raise afterwards. It was really awkward when the customers clapped for me.
