So I work for an alarm company. If I don't give referral codes to our customers they'll fire me(if we don't give these codes to 10% of our customers I get fired). By offer A referral code I mean hey “if you know someone who wants to install our system here a code” The customers hate it and they give pretty upset when we try to sell them. What options do I have? I need to pay my bills but they say I lose my job if I don't give referral code to our customers. So what do I do? Why do I have to get yelled at and disrespected by customers to keep my job?
Virtually every manager is progressive. Should I call them out publicly by name for firing working class employees for not selling enough for Vivint?
So do I out Michelle and Thomas or do I leave it alone and move on?
