I work as a night security guard for a company in Ak. since I have started I have had to work overtime due to not being releived from my post on time. I have not been paid for any of this overtime yet if I where to abandon my post and go home without my relief I would be fired instantly. On top of that I was recently late to work. With over an hour of notice that I would be late due to unexpected issues. I was contacted by my employer the next day and was told that it was unacceptable for me to be late for work and it cost the company money if I'm not there for the scheduled time. I'm pretty irritated with my employer and feel threatened for my job but can't afford not to work so I feel like I'm stuck in a shit situation
