Is the progression of WFH a generational issue?

The youngest boomer is 59 years of age and in 2021 the average age of large public companies CEOs were found to be 58 years of age. Considering that the next 10 – 20 years will, hopefully, see a large generational shift in leadership and, anecdotally, it seems that pushback for WFH seems to come from older corporate leaders, do you think we will see more prevalence and less pushback against WFH over the next decade or two? Speculate away!
