So my Company has this stupid “feature” of rounding up/back to 15/30/45/00 minutes on your timecard when you arrive late or leave at weird times. For example: If you clock in at 9:01 the system rounds it to 9:15 and you basically work 15 min for free. now the best part: if you leave at 17:14 it not gets up to 17:15, it goes back to 17:00 and you worked 15 min for free again. that's fucking dumb honestly
