Honestly, if everyone could just agree to strike this shit would be sorted

Companies can’t work if no one wants to work. So if everyone who is in a shit job, with shit management, shit pay, shit benefits, shit everything just upped and walked out and didn’t accept to comeback to work until they’re on $25+/hr with solid benefits, with it in writing, in multiple different formats (physical copy, online copy, photograph of the document, etc). I think companies would then actually see an improvement, because people will be treated like people with actual pay and benefits meaning people would genuinely quite like to work, and therefore these top dog ceos and shareholders will see even more money. This whole thought process of paying people the least amount possible and expecting them to be happy and produce genuine hard work makes no sense. Pay people a comfortable wage and watch your profit margins skyrocket even more.
