Before the pandemic, I was running a 2 million dollar security consultancy in new york, after the pandemic, I lost everything due to my own mismanagement during the pandemic and have begUn building myself up again. I was paying my entry-level guards $20 an hour. I see a LOT of people complaining about being a “Slave of the system” or “Kept down by lack of opportunity”. Perhaps I'm not understanding something, and please, forgive me, I am still learning about this side of the coin. I haven't been in poverty since my childhood. Exactly what's stopping you from opening an account with webull, Robinhood, Cash app, Public, Or any other app/website/trading firm that caters to people in poverty? I'm homeless and my portfolio is worth about $500, generating about $150 per financial quarter, which, in addition to building compound interest, also pays for my phone bill. Yes its a risk,…

Exactly what's stopping you from opening an account with webull, Robinhood, Cash app, Public, Or any other app/website/trading firm that caters to people in poverty? Exactly what's stopping you from picking up a side gig to give your future self some independence? Even if you have a felony, there are god knows how many temp companies will take you on the spot, Walmart and McDonalds are always looking for labor, and while you may not get rich quickly, you can still get there. but don't just take my word for it, ask Ronald read.

Explain to me, in detail, why it is you can't put $29 a week into a blue-chip, Dividend-paying, or REIT ETF, the same way the rest of us who clawed our way from poverty and lost everything. Especially since fractional sharing is now available to all of us.
Can one of you explain it to me like I'm 5?
