So I hope I don’t get ripped into for asking this. I’m really not sure if there’s anything I can do about it but I have seen some commercials and heard of lawyers who can get settlements for dog bites. It was an unfortunate incident but I wouldn’t mind making some bank off of it if possible. Basically I walked up to the front door and knocked multiple times for a few minutes. No answer. I could see through their windows they were having a fire in the backyard and I could see a guy walking around. I just figured I’d walk around the side of the house and give him his food. As I started walking around the side two dogs came charging up and jumping up and biting. I basically swung my delivery bag at them and ran back to the street until they stopped chasing. One dog did bite my hand and break flesh. It wasn’t super bad but enough for blood to be dripping on the driveway. The owner went and got some band aids and I left. Idk if there’s anything I can do but if I wouldn’t mind making some easy cash from an insurance company or something if possible lol please don’t hate. I know it’s really not bad but any opinions or lawyer advice would be appreciated. Thanks
