How do you all find work from home jobs where you have very little to do?

I see a lot of Redditor comments about remote work saying how little work they do. Or how they could do a 8 hour work shift in 3 hours and still get paid full time. To me, this sounds like a dream job to have. I want to get into remote work but I've been doing blue collar jobs my whole life. So I can only work entry level remote jobs. When I am not at work I'm mostly just sitting at my computer all day anyway way, so why don't I make some extra money on the side. I currently work as a security guard and I have 4 or 5 hours to myself between Mon and Thursday. I usually have 10 hours on Friday or take the day off. I am not opposed to the idea of taking online classes or learning some new skills online to help me get these kinds of jobs. To those who have remote jobs like this, what do you do? How did you get into your career field?
