Last year I told an job that I had adhd and wanted accommodations. I was denied at least one accommodation. They say it was unfair to everyone else but that's not how this works and that's against the ADA. I tried to fight it through the union but the company wouldn't budge. Thursday I had a mediator between me and the company. I prepared extremely well. Now the company has to pay and they will receive EEOC training for the whole hr and upper management. I feel so vindicated. I've had about 3 people ask me if I ever thought about law school I'm good on that. My fiance says I should work for the civil rights commission and fight for others. We will see.
Edit: they piled on the write ups after I got the accommodations in. They fired me in August.
