This is straight up a rant.
So I used to work at this horrible place where they underpay you, they steal your tips and abuse you. I worked there for 6 months, currently I'm studying in uni and because my parents cannot support me I work a full time job while studying full time to pay for my rent, tuition and expenses.
In December, from half way of the month up to Xmas and New Year's I survived with 20 cents, most of the time I couldn't afford the books for uni so I cut on food for months hoping that (as it's usually been done here) after the first 6 months they would pay me a proper amount – like everybody else in the shop. Well somewhere between the fifth month I got tired of waiting for a raise ( I knew they weren't going to raise sh!t ) and I told one of the two owners I was to quit at the end of the month. The response I got was that my pay would increase during summer… since I would have more hours to work and that I should stay at work for 2 weeks ( during Easter ) and then leave.
Anyways, I got to work the next day and as I'm putting the sweet behind the display. The other sh!thead of an owner yells at me because the way I was putting them in “was ruining the sweets”. Although I had been doing this for a long time and I was the only one in there not to accidentally destroy one. Anyways I get back to him saying that I know what I was doing… he says the way I said that was disrespectful and I must just leave. I leave the shop knowing that was the last day I set foot in that sh!thole and after a couple of hours mad as I was I sent a message in the work groupchat saying he's a c*cksucker and if I see him again I will bust his head open. Anyways like almost 3 weeks later police calls me and I find out that I have a case against me for threatening and insulting him. Called him and the other owner trying to convince them to drop the case, but to no avail…
P.S. We also did delivery and we would put the food in paperbags and staple them. Because I would put a little too much force the stapler wouldn't work properly… this same c*cksucker who got the case with me would on multiple occasions whisper in my ear “use the stapler the same way you stroke your c*ck” while looking me dead serious in the eyes. I'm pretty sure that's sexual harassment but I can't prove it.
I f*cking regret the moment I set foot in that place.
